Spider-Man had a LOT of weird villains during the 90's. Quite a few of them are evil Spideys with a twist. This guy was definitely one of those villains. I like the look of the character and decided to give him a shot. He uses a Blastar body and legs with and originally sculpted head.

Fantastic! Wow, I had forgotten about this guy completely. For having such a massive rogue's gallery, he had some weird villains popping up there for a while. Perfect rendition! Love it!
