I'm always looking at old Marvel "WHat Ifs" for inspiration for very obscure characters. One of my favorites is the reality where Frank Castle gets the Venom symbiote. It's a great book and a gread read. Avengers Gear Punisher is inspired by the comic where Castle stole the Avengers gear to infiltrate AIM.
