Been doing some NECA stuff lately and wanted to do a cool double set with Splinter and the Shredder. I noticed that not many have tried to b/w look for Splinter and have not seen it at all for Shredder. Went with an inverted look for Shredder's armor to add more definition to the character. Almost a Sin City look. He is a straight repaint of the Arcade Shredder.
Splinter is basically the same as my colored version - stripped down shoulderguards, cut beard and sideburns, sculpted new and added wrappings to his feet. Sculpted cane.
Dio was scratch buildt using all types of weird stuff: sandpaper, icecicles, a surrenge etc.
All was airbrushed white in many thin layers for a perfect result and I finished them off with the black linework. The last part was killing me though. Hope you like!
