Dr. Fate is 80% DCUC Iron.
Lower legs are DCUC Golden Pharaoh, sculpted Ankh symbol on waist.
Neck adornment from the G. Pharaoh figure, hands from DC Icons Black Adam.
Cape is a ML Hyperon.
Helmet is a Marvel mash up Whiplash with tons of sculpt. Bored the mask off and adhered it to the original Iron figure, after sanding the face down so that the mask does not jut out too much.
Fin is a piece of spare ML Mr.Sinister cape strap.

Bored a hole in the back to fit the cape so it is removable.

The Marvel mash up whiplash mask is a bit meaner looking but I though it would suffice.
