I loved the idea of this contest. I started with asking the question "What is a barbarian?" Answer " Anyone one who was not Roman". So I went with a possible distant relative from Gremania, East of the Rhine River.

helmet: DARK RAIDER SPAWN
horn and sword : LOTR Borrimier
ax and horns: BAF Odin
shield: Carved off the back of a Terra figure and a handle was fashioned.
fake-fur and foam straps with a little chain
Simple but I really like the way it turned out as my first entry on this site.
