In honor of Aquaman's 75th anniversary I bring you my interpretation of the mighty King of the Seven Seas, Aquaman! This custom is based largely the Justice League promo shots we've seen so far, which doesn't give too much for us to go on so I blended it with the Peter David era style version. I first removed new 52 Aquaman's head and arms.Then I cracked his torso and removed the legs swapping them with the DC Universe Signature Series Orin figure.After putting the to halfs together I took the lower arms from an old deluxe Dark Knight Batman and removed the fins. After that it was sculpting time for which I used Aves Apoxie. Finally I added the Head,shoulder pad and trident from DC Multiverse BVS Aquaman and painted his eyes for the atlantean look and there you have it.It was a labor of love and I'm sycked about the finished product I hope you like it!
