Sometimes, I just pick a letter and search through characters. Micros sites are great for that. I started searching through the Captains and realized Marvel has a ton of them. Way more than I was expecting. And it wasn't just a dozen people using the Captain America title. After reading through his history, I opted to give Captain Glory a go. He was the leader of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt, and the father of Noh Varr. That sums up what I know. I thought that was cool and his design looked great.
