Here's my take on Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear Solid. For a base figure I used NECA's Lone Ranger figure. Extra fodder came courtesy of NECA's Quentin Turnbull, DST's Sin City Nancy, Mezco's Prince Nuada donated some of his hair, and his booties are from the McFarlane Sleepy Hollow Headless Horseman figure Made with all the usual suspects: acrylic paints, epoxy resin, dremel fun times & milliput.
