Tough to make these guys look goofy 80's enough while still wanting them to look good.

Left guy: I wanted this guy to look more of a "Leader" so I went with the 2012 GI Kamakura for the arm and leg guards. I tried to figure out which GI the head came from but can't, it looks like the Kamakura head but slightly different. If anyone needs, comment and I'll figure it out. The chest plates are cut from a vinyl tablet case I have been using. Glued on. Paint and DONE.

Right guy: I split and popped the arms out of the Storm Shadow v25 and replaced them with randoms I had laying about. One hand was missing but really worked out as it gives it that weird drooping robot hand look. I cut away at the head and epoxied the neck wrap. Vinyl tablet case for the chest plate. Epoxy and GI Joe bullet belts for his arm guards. Paint and DONE.
