To tell the truth, I pretty much know nothing about this character, except it was an identity created by Roderick Kingsley (original Hobgoblin, who did contracted jobs or something, and then sold the name and likeness to a mercenary in South America.
I found out about him through researching characters to make for my Spiderverse collective, and saw him through the Spider-Man Unlimited mobile game. I assumed he was a Spidey variant, but he has no ties to Spidey himself. I almost toyed with the idea of altering him to become a Daredevil/Spider-Man mashup, but decided to keep him as he originally was.

I used a Walgreens Ant Man, painted him up as you can see, and added a Hydra soldier head with Elektra bandana ties sculpted onto the head with wrinkles.

The head looks big in the pictures, but it really isn't in person. It's a perfect size and not much bigger than Pizza Spidey ones.

Very pleased with how he turned out :)
