I love this character. He's only got like two appearances but the name alone warrants attention. He was an Original Angel villain and threatened Black Panther's dad's cousin or something. This was a New52 Green Arrow whom I had used for other stuff. The feet are from a white Vision and the head was a custom cast Vermin. Testors paints.
