Marked this guy a few months ago as a potential project. One of those, if I had time, needed a filler project, I'd give him a go. Definitely some obscure Marvel. Never got around to it, but I recently checked out his bio. With that, I had to give him a go. Turns out, Buried Alien is a bit of a play on Barry Allen. Marvel made him as a tribute character to the Flash after his death in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Ah, the days when characters didn't come back from the dead. He was a speedster, had amnesia, and the last thing he remembered was running. So, they wrote it to imply the Flash hadn't died, but instead crossed dimensions into the Marvel Universe. He was only around for two issues, but it was long enough to beat all of Marvel's other speedsters in a race, then declare himself, "The Fastest Man Alive." Added bracelets from Wonder Man, a Thor movie head, full repaint, and all done!
