Blue Marvel (Marvel Universe) Custom Action Figure
For the recipe I used HACKS blank figure with repaint applied. Upper body is MU punisher with Hyperion arms and sculpt applied to lower arms. Upper legs are ml triton and lower legs are MU omega red.
