I added the mustache, distressed the hat, cut the gloves from real elk hide (just flat pieces). Fort Courage (after "F Troop") is made of wooden fence pales from Home Depot shaved down, then scrap lumber. The pictures are from the movie, printed big at FedEx, then mounted behind the door frames. The Buffalo Soldier came complete out of the box. The flag has 37 stars, I believe, just printed paper glued on both sides and crinkled. Anchor for my Western town.
