Firestar is a character who first appeared in the 80's cartoon Spiderman & His Amazing Friends before going on to appear in the Marvel comic book universe. I used a Marvel Legends Hellcat as the base body with a sculpted neckline. The head is from a Marvel Legends Infinite Wasp with ML Infinite Spiderwoman's hair, partially re-sculpted. The mask is vinyl, and the right hand and flame effect are from an ML Infinite Captain Marvel. The left hand is from ML Infinite Scarlet Witch. I also made Firestar's dog from the cartoon, Ms. Lion, using a small toy dog with re-sculpted ears, tail, eyes, and eyebrows. The bows on her ears are made from vinyl.
I hope that one of the big toy companies produces one to this quality some day. This was one of my FAVORITE toons!! Love the fig!!!! . Ahhhhh my crush on Firestar back in the day...
