This was another one of those battles with indecision. I wanted to make a Punisher, but he's had a lot of looks over the years, a lot of production figures and a whole lotta customs. So, I wanted to try something different. I had invested in quite a few of the boss fight blanks, plus a couple of the Greek line. I sanded down the beard, cut and sanded the hair of the Spartan warrior head. Sculpted shirt details on the torso and two of the sets of upper arms, as well as two of the sets of lower arms. The legs were from a GI Joe Bazooka with some holsters and stretch cord added for the guns and boot knife. I sculpted the waist/crotch section to match the legs. The vest was from the Spartan armor. I cut the skirt section off and added straps to the back to hold guns or any other weapon of the right size. Also added a holster to the front. The trenchcoat was from a dc infinite heroes Hush. The removable belt was made from various fodder belts. The base was made using a cast of a Punisher keychain I had made a while ago, along with a GI Joe base and some apoxie. So, this all resulted in three sets of upper arms, lower arms and hands, all interchangeable. A threnchcoat, a vest, a belt, custom base and a but load of guns. Hope you guys enjoy and thanks for checking him out. ![]() |
