This was a commission request. Neck down was a boss fight blank. I sculpted the shorts in layers to try to get that baggy/puffy sort of look. The head was from a Storm Shadow figure from one of the movies, I think rise of Cobra. The wraps were made with bamboo fiber cord. At first I tried sculpting the wraps, but it just didn't look right. The paint job was also done in layers with some dry brushing and wash. Thanks folks
