Bebop before his mutation. I must have watched that first 1987 cartoon a million times and still love it. I really liked all of Shredders thugs before they turn into mutants so I just wanted some on my shelf.

I swapped the legs, I switched some arms, cut away some mohawk and other bits and epoxied the glasses. The belt is a GI Joe backpack strap.
