Death Adder is made from a Marvel Legends Spider Carnage body and a Moon Knight head. The plates on his arms and legs, his belt, and details on the head were sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt. The tail was made from wire, Apoxie Sculpt, and toothpicks, with a shoulder joint from Skrull Elektra at the base. The fin on his head is vinyl from a 3 ring binder. Its attached to his head, but not his back, allowing the head to move freely.
