This was a commission for a friend who liked the first one of these that I made. I made a few changes to the original design which ultimately produced a better figure (IMO). I used a TMNT Leo for the base figure. Used previously made molds for the pouches, holster w/ gun, belt buckle and grenade. He was painted using Testors model masters black, guards red, and leather.
