I'd wanted to make a Peggy Carter doll- err, action figure for quite awhile. None of the headsculpts I found looked right. Finally, someone suggested one of the Curvy Barbie dolls as a head to use. The head, which is also used on the Made to Move brunette and blonde dolls, as well as several playline dolls, worked well. I used the Made to Move doll's head, but her body was far too thin to use, even though it was highly articulated. I used a Sea International figure as the base, and used hands from a Bbi Perfect Body CY Girl figure (formerly hands from Hunter from Ever After High). The original Sea International hands shattered at the wrist joint when I tried to remove them to dress the doll.
Her outfit was made up of two separate pieces, and sadly, I have no idea what they're from, as I received them in separate trades. The jacket originally had gold colored vinyl epaulets glued to the shoulders, which I removed, and the skirt, while it doesn't exactly match, is long enough to be historically accurate. What would've reached the ankles on a Barbie, hugs the figure's curves and falls around mid calf. Her shoes are Ken's, and do have a defined heel.
Edit- Peggy got a new blouse, courtesy of Mattel's Barbie as Agent Scully, and new shoes from Hasbro's SDCC exclusive Baroness figure.
