OCD hit me hard on this one. It may not be detailed, but it does satisfy my young self's dreams. That's right, as a kid I wanted an all Blue assault elite custom of my Halo 3 elite character. Even though you weren't able to change the visor/goggle color in Halo 3, I decided to use a silver sharpie on it. I got the shoulder armor from an ascetic elite and the chest from a combat elite. My young self would be satisfied with this one.
