Finally a (modernish) classic Cap everyone can, hopefully, agree looks the part. I had this guy in mind ever since I saw the Avenging Captain America figure. Loved the upper half, hated the lower. There was just something in that big, hunky chest I couldn't resist... Anyway, the recipe for this custom is pretty simple, dicated a bit by the lack of fodder I wanted to use.
I left the chest and arms realtively intact, only sanded a strap that ran across his boobies. I've changed the crotch and thigh pieces for some skin tight pants but left the lower legs - only sanded most of the creases to make them fit better with new upper legs. Feet were resculpted so that now Cap has a nice set of boots instead of shoes covered in chaps.
Oh, and I've transplanted a face into the Avenging head. You'll never guess whose it is! Duke Nukem's. Yup. That's right. Blasphemy, I know. I just think that the stupid douche smirk Duke had, looks like a nice, gentle smile with the Cap head.
I also sculpted a set of mask wing on the temples.

One more thing. Shield attaches to Cap's back and the shield's arm straps are removeable.
