Queen Aleena from Sonic Underground! With a few fan mods to her design, mostly involving removing the impractically long dress and cape as well as making the hands and feet bigger to match the anatomy from the video games. She's pretty much a Frankie Stein though I had to sculpt the heck out of that head with the big hair and crown and stuff, as well as her feet, modded dress, and hands from a Wave figure (because I can't sculpt hands for crap.) It's funny, if I was making her according to the anatomy from the original cartoon design I wouldn't have had to change the hands and feet of the base figure at all.
