Since I aredy had a U.S.Agent I decided it to make a Scarlet Witch in the Uniform she wore during the Force Works comics. I used the cape that came with the Storm figure to make the skirt on the Scarlet Witch and instead of painting it red I dyed it red and the color has not faded.
