RvB Agent Washington was made from a 10th anniversary Halo figure that's a little bigger than the regular Halo 3 McFarlane figures. All of his paint was stripped and he was repainted. Not a super complicated custom, but there's about 6 coats of paint on him. Very thin coats! The 'lights' on his armor glow in the dark.

Absolutely! He does need something I have those micron pens you're talking about, but the smallest tips are a little too big for this guy. I was thinking a wash, but after I tested that on the Sabretooth figure I think it would make his shiny armor look too leathery. Maybe skip shadows and do highlights instead?

Cool, I think it would look cool if you blackened the panel lines, like people do on Gundam kits. Something to bring out all those fancy details in the sculpt.
