Love this version of Black Panther. By the way, how difficult was it to crack open the torso to swap out the arms ? Thanks.

Thanks. Very easy, actually with my industrial tabletop vice grips, towel, long kitchen knife and hammer. I lay a towel inside the vice grips, so the teeth of the bracers don't damage the figure, then I secure the figure inside the vice grips, then tap the knife along the seams down the sides of the torso (abs and crotch too if swapping the legs). Once I separate the halves, I gelty pry the torso, etc. open and the pegs give wave inside. Sometimes boiling the figure in hot water for a few seconds helps loosen the figure up a bit too, but cool the figure off in ice water before you begin to pry it open, if you boil it. I hope this helps. It makes opening figures up very easy and with minimal damage, but you will need those tools.
