I've been wanting to make this figure since I saw him on the Flash TV series. I finally finished him. Too bad I couldn't finish him in time for the Masked Madness Contest. He's made of Electro as base, upper body and upper arms are completely sculpted. I made the Zoom head it was all sculpted from scratch. Added an alternate Hunter Solomom head using Captain America head, then total repaint.I liked how it came out, I hope you like too.
