This particular figure was used for three diffrent characters. First as the Living Lazer wich was never released, second as the U.S.Agent released only overseas and in clear red as Xaviers astral armor. I wanted to make a U.S.Agent to add to the figures we had created that when I saw the clear one I had to repaint it or pay nearly $70-$100to have one.
