Ultimate Beast (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
I used the Tech Beast from x-men classics and shaved down his hair a bit, using some Das putty for the ponytail. Testors paints. I removed or sanded all the little tech bits for use later and made his belts from rubber bands. Fortunately he came with his own glasses cuz those are hard to find.
