Well, I have done four of these now and each time I get better at matching paint skin tone to the original figure... thinning down the paint was crucial to the process and I didn't have it thin enough the last time. I don't know where the light halo construct originated, it was in a bin at a flea market. Tandy's on eBay now!

Oh, wow-- thanks for letting me know! It does look exactly like something that would be packed with an Electro figure. I had thought about cutting it in half and using the other for a future custom, but something about her being able to put it around her body seemed cool.
