Started as a quick repaint and fix of an otherwise awful DC multiverse figure Almost as bad as the movie But I do like the mad max look on Batman turned into a bigger project ending up making a display/ case for the figure  Please wait... |

after doing the skin tone I did a lite wash just a shade lighter, and then used a foam make-up wedge to get the air brush effect ( also use that to apply skin tones gives a more realistic look)
it also give texture ( so his stubble is actually stubbley) and then comes the long part of the process using a dental tool the needle tip I dotted on each hair to give it some depth
