Hi there! Not much to say, the Thing here was made out of a HoM: The It boxset figure with a resculpted neck, hips and head.

First, I was going to use another Marvel Legend Thing head for this, but after seeing scarecrow studios' custom of the same figure a few months ago, I've decided to try a facesculpt myself (check his version as well, it's really awesome!)
That sad,submissive expression had to go!
The trickiest part for me was the hips, since I had to make it smoothly as it should be. For this, I've applied a very thin epoxy layer on the ball jonts surface, and then sanded enough to avoid paintrub from the shorts.

So now, Aunt Petunia's favorite blue eyed nephew is ready to do some clobberin with some major intergalatic threats (or those gang b@stards from Yancy Street, goddamm these guys...)
