I had lots of spare parts as usual and opted to make an original character called Top Twist (the missing jumpstarter). This bot has 2 alt jet modes.

"Top Twist is the long forgotten 3rd jumpstarter. Ignored by his fellow jumpstarters Twin Twist and Top Spin, Top Twist decided that the only way to get recognition is by joining the Decepticon ranks. Being allied with the Decepticons has opened many doorways for the Top Twist, namely by force, and with each door open Top Twist hopes that his fellow jumpstarters are behind it so that he may finally show them the folly of shunning him all those ages ago."
