"HA-HA! NOT TO SCALE!" Phil was a given when I started my Harvey Birdman collection, I only needed to find a suitable head for the Infinite Chameleon body. After passing over an MU Nick Fury head, I discovered a Renegades Duke figure with a distinct "Sebben-y" look. The only challenging part would be sculpting the eye patch and band, I felt painting in the band over the hair just wouldn't look right so it was time for a bit of apoxie. After a quick paint job of semi-gloss black and a tumbler donated from one of Jabba's denizens, I have both of Colbert's characters finished!
