Fighter from 8-Bit Theater, my favorite web-comic. It's a complete spoof off of Final Fantasy, using those characters, and very loosely basing the plot line from the game.

Fighter, in the web-comic is absurdly fascinated with swords, especially Sword-chucks Yo!

He's made from:
Mortal Kombat Deception body.
SOTA Street Fighter Adon head (I swapped the hair between heads.)
The armor was made by cutting some thin styrene and then heating it so that it would shape itself to the body.
Shoulder armor is cut out of Loki's tunic.
Belt was the shoulder strap from Conan's sword.
Sword chucks (Yo) were two Loki swords with the chain from Conan's axe.
Two scimitars from the grey ninja character from the Mortal Kombat line.
Swords on his back are castings of MotU 2002 Teela's sword.
