This is a cast of the SDCC Exclusive Carbonite Han Solo. I made a silicone mold of it, and cast it in translucent red. I painted the areas around Han's body with black and then drybrushed with gray and silver to make it look like the movie version, but I left Han's body unpainted so that it appears red, like he is thawing out in Jabba's Palace on Tatooine during Return of the Jedi.
