This year has seen some of the most greatest artist and stars gone too soon...too soon for my taste BUT they'll never be forgotten for their greatness, their hard work and their talent one of them is ofcourse PRINCE the man with many talents has leaved us from this world, but will go feather into the next life as THE PURPLE HIGHNESS. R.I.P PRINCE NELSON ROGERS.

Doing this figure took time and took a lot of crafts to master...example :-sculpting the face was the hard part and as for the props...another difficult task to do. The reason for making this figure was not only dedicated to the late musician but also an idea of amalgamating a superhero with muscians... like Michael Jackson meets Spidey or Ozzy Osbourne meets Iron man or Eminem meets Robin and you get the idea don't you !!! So I decided to do Prince meets Batman and some of us knows that Prince did the soundtrack for the 1989 Batman movied directed by Tim Burton...not only that It's based on a comic idea of the same name but he fights a Joker version of Himself.

I made this figure completely with an 8 inch wooden manikin, covered with "Mlliput" and the face and right hand was sculpted out of "Super Sculpey" I had to cook it twice so I can really get the sculpey hard as possible plus his bat ears was broken,so I needed to resculpt it out of Milliput. All paiinted in acrylic paint (Purple,brown and black), body details were all done by posca brsuh markers,gold metallic pens and varnisehd with montana half gloss varnished spray can.
MAde the coat out of two felt fabric (purple and white) hot glued them together no stiches were used on the jacket,buttons and Prince emblem made out of foam,stuck with hot glue and er the guitar was made out of two layers of cardboard and stuck with different coloured felt and foam materials with alittle posca markers for the guitar detals like the frets and peg bars, glued to a black elastic string and PRESSO I FINISHED THE FIGURE.
