Used a Marvel Universe Hulk as a base, ripped off the legs, sculpt the repulsorlift lower half, and sculpt the current head over Hulk's. The wires are jewelry wire, and there's cut up terminator parts on him to make the repulsorlift look more electronic. Added an Obitsu Body Flying stand so he can hover around in a variety of poses.
