I had so much fun making my last Deadpool custom that I couldn’t resist making another. Complete with 2 katanas, 2 guns and an alternate pair of ‘action hands’ as I like to call them (one waving/high five and one middle finger hands). I reviewed tons of reference material while working on this figure, plus I saw the movie in theatre 4 times so I can say with confidence that my Deadpool is 96.84% big screen accurate.

Mr Pool was made using an MCU Ant Man as a base figure. The upper and lower arms are from a movie Electro, the right hand from a Han Solo SWB fig, the left from a Misty Knight. The head is a heavily modified Chameleon head. The guns were purchased from Casting Cave and painted, as were the katana blades, knife, belt and gun holsters on his hips.

There was a TON of sculpting that went into this figure (17 sessions to be exact). His entire upper body was sanded down and sculpted over (in multiple layers - back and front). Same goes for his arms. I did multiple layers on the head, hands (both sets), boots and knee pads too! I also did all the straps for the holsters and even did the sword and knife sheaths. The sword sheath connects to his back using magnets for easy removal.

A full paint job later and Deadpool was ready to annoy all the other figures on my MCU/Movie shelf. Thanks for checking him out! Feel free to leave your comments in the replies.
