The Science Police are the main law enforcement agency of the United Planets in the 30th and 31st Centuries. As such, the Science Police have often had a working relationship with the Legion of Superheroes. Having helped them during the Earthwar, Shvaughn Erin was made the Science Police Special Liaison to the Legion of Superheroes which eventually led to a romantic relationship with Element Lad.

And, then the 1990's came and I like to pretend the Legion ceased to exist until about 2008.

So Shvaughn was made using a Batman Legacy Catwoman as a base to take advantage of her skirt. Besides that she has resculpted lower legs from a DCUC Powergirl, an ML Madame Viper belta Marvel Legends Hope Summers head, and repainted hair that I'm not sure who it originally belonged to since it came straight from the fodder bin.

And now Jan won't be lonely on my shelf.
