I saw another Realmer use Demoliton Man's body for Shadowhawk and I realized the same body was used for Electro. And I had a few of those laying around along with some silver paint that I don't use nearly enough. The head is from Total Heroes Hawkman, dremmeled in a few spots and featuring some FixIt to sculpt the lines near the eyes of the helmet. The masked head (and his blade) were based on the look of the 90's McFarlane toy. His unmasked head is from the new Civil War Black Panther.
His blade came from fodder toy.
