Hello all. Today I bring you my 4 inch Superman! Mattel and DC Collectibles haven't really been a success with this scale of figures. I've wanted DC to release figures on par with Marvel Universe. I have a whole line of 4 inch DC figures that have been in the works for the past two years. Superman was the first and I actually finished him almost two years ago with a couple repaints more recently. Life kinda gets in the way of my hobbies sometimes.

BASE: MU Gladiator. I cut the thighs and added small screws to add the swivel articulation. I do wish I had better hands. Maybe I'll upgrade them at some point.

HEAD: Gladiator's mohawk was shaved off and Supe's hair as sculpted on with wax then cast in plastic.

CAPE: Avengers Loki

DETAILS: Belt and boot lining made with styrene strips.

He was finished off with Testors acrylic paint.
