So I made a Punisher not too long ago, and he decided to fall off my shelf and break, also I wasn't happy with some of his proportions and paint. So I went to work rebuilding the base body from a DC Collectibles Deathstroke as well as the forearms and lower legs of a NECA Stars and Stripes figure. The head is a Jonah Hex that's been resculpted slightly and given a roughed up put through a windshield kind of look.

He stands a good 7" tall now and looks great next to some of the Diamond Select Marvel figures I have. I should have snapped a photo of him and Captain America together.

Small update; The boots and forearms were swapped out ages ago for more armored ones.
