Mick Foley had a nice, casual outfit molded on, and was perfect for the Hulk Hogan head that I got on Ebay - possibly Thunderlips from Rocky 3/III. It was just a simple headswap.
Consider this, as Terry Hogan when he was doing those early 1990s movies, like Mister Nanny, or the TV show Thunder in Paradise.
