The unmasked Batman Mattel released was lacking in a few areas. The hair was black not Brown with flecks of grey. The sculpt of the hair was compromised by the 'action feature' of the goofy mask and the rubber cape, like the standard figure, never looks good.

On the plus side. The suits overall finish is a little darker and more matte, without the metallic sheen of the standard figure. The face sculpt also looks enough like Affleck to salvage the figure.

I resculpted the hair to better represent Wayne's from the film and painted it the correct shades of brown and grey. Then I swapped out the cape and neck armour for a custom cape and the neck piece from the Comic Con exclusive two pack.

I liked the new grey of the unmasked suit so much I bought another for my masked figure. which had similar alterations.
