This is Colossus at full tilt. No, he ain't just messing around, he's way past no-more-mister-nice-guy! The instant he saw that carbon ash smeared on the ground that used to be Kitty Pryde, it completely bent his noodle! In his mind, it didn't matter how big or bad the villain was, he was gonna quash whoever was responsible for having killed Kitty. And when he looked over, you just happened to be holding the X-59 Starhammer ray gun. It wasn't your fault, you were just holding it for a friend and it went off by accident - she was standing in the line of fire and it all happened so fast. All you heard was the sonic siren BA-WONG-WONG-WONG-WONG-WONG from the X-59 and she was spontaneously reduced to a mound of glitter dust.
Honestly speaking, you could've easily annihilated the metal mutant from existence with another squeeze of the ray gun. But he just looked so diesel, charging head on like that - too magnificent to behold, that you decided to take it on the chin like a man.
Used a Peter Parker head (from a Marvel Select GreenGoblin 2-pack)resculpted the hair and added a ball-joint neck. The upper body was from an early Toybiz Colossus, completely resculpted the grooves and attached some new hands. The legs were also resculpted (from Omega Red - he's a versatile base figure!word). Created the grooves by slowly dragging a toothpick over the surface, then sanding it down smooth. Sprayed silver metallic, detailed in various shades of acrylic. Enhanced the mercurial skin with a chrome nail polish, just to spark it in some places. Didn't want to go crazy with the painting (trying to get it all perfect etc) just wanted to mess with it until it started to look a little crazy. Gotta recommend this chrome nail polish - it's got T-1000 capability.
