Long time follower, first time submitter! I've been customizing since I was 14, now I've teamed up with my 14-year-old brother to bring you Chimera's Customs!

Here we have Daredevil from Netflix! Season 2 has been incredible! This was not an original recipe, but my take on a great idea!

This figure started life as a Captain America from the Marvel Legends Infinite Series Captain America from "Winter Soldier." First, I used a rotary tool to sand down details on the chest and legs. Then, I used Aves Apoxy sculpt to sculpt the chest, abs, back, mask, horns, and eyes. I used a denim imprint to apply texture to the figure. I would say the sculpt is about 85-90% show accurate. This process was very time consuming because each piece was done separately and allowed to cure, so I wouldn't be undoing my hard work on one piece before moving to the next.

I primed the figure in Krylon black to chemically bond to plastic, before adding layers of red, with washes of crimson. This layered process brings out the details in the figure. I painted the black portions, and added silver highlights before painting the eye lenses a bright red. After sealing the figure with a Krylon matte coating, I used a spot gloss on the eyes. The billy club and holsters were donated by a Ben Affleck Daredevil.
