Hi! I have been moving more and more into sculpting since customizing has become difficult for me, I's very hard to find pieces over here and as a business it's not so good either. I still got a lot of stuff half completed but I only customize for myself now. Anyway, I've wanted to sculpt on a bigger scale since long ago (still planning to reach 1:1 eventually) and this is my first step on that, very happy with the result, this is my take on Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie based on the Powerslave album, he never appears exactly like this on the art, he's either a mummy or is seen as a statue so my take was to make an "alive" version (if you can call him that since he's always been kinda undead).

he was sculpted from clay (mix of clay and wax) and the base was made in wood, took me around 2 to 3 months, not sure exactly as I didn't have the time to work on him full time. after that I made the molds and casted him, the finished cast is painted in acrylics, at first I made only 2 prototypes to test casting and painting, those two came ok and one of them is the one I'm showing here, it's signed on the back by Janick Gers from Iron Maiden.
