Two simple head swaps..... A couple of months ago I made a USAgent custom on the Grim Reaper buck and used the 3-pack Cap head. I liked the way it turned out, but ran in to trouble when recently I purchased the new Classic Captain America Figure.

I hated the fat head that the Cap figure came with so, like many others, I replaced it with another 3-pack Cap head. This is when my OCD started kicking in. How could I display both USAgent and Cap both with exactly the same head/face?? (first world problems)

I recently saw Lord Marvel do a great version of USAgent using the fat head that came with the New Classic Cap .... Problem solved ...... Cap gets the 3-pack head and USAgent gets the fat head.

Awesome. So a couple of years ago I bought a bunch of the Hit Monkey Caps from BBTS cause they were on clearance for like 5 bucks and I figured I could use them for fodder. Jump a few years later and Hasbro releases the new Classic Cap with the huge head. Lucky for me, I've got about 5 extra Cap heads and so I dremeled one down and popped it on the new body and attached the wings and now I have a cool Classic Cap. Why Hasbro didn't think of using the existing head sculpt I'll never know. Any way, great improvement !

Couldnt agree more, Hasbro really missed the boat with that new Cap head. Great find on that Ult Cap for $5. The figure itself is nothing special, but the Belt, Vest, Boots and Glove alone are great fodder and worth more than $5.

That's more like it. Although they look similar, like brothers - they look different enough and works well. I hope to use the same approach, but have USAgent on the new Venom so he can be a bit bigger than Cap!

Thanks Man! I think the fact that I used ult cap lower legs and boots make him a little shorter than cap. I might give Usagent a new set of matching classic cap lower legs to give him a little more height. Hyperion/venom buck might be a little big for my tastes. Can't wait to see your version.

Really? I'm just going by the picture, but looks like USAgent is just a little taller than Cap, which is perfect. I think they are 6'2 (Steve) and 6'4 (John), so looks fine as is. I also think the Venom size is too big, but with Hasbro taking liberties with scale lately, and the lack of other options, I'll run with it and it shouldn't bother me. Thanks man, all I'll need is to get this Cap when my order's shipped. I've got everything else, may start on it soon!

Yes, I spread cap's legs wider to make it look like he was slightly shorter than agent. But that cap is actually slightly taller. Looking forward to yours.
